5. Payment Terms
All fees are set out in your proposal or contract. Payments must be made according to the agreed terms, typically within 14 or 30 days of invoice unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Liability
We are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profit, business, or data
Third-party content or websites linked from our site
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination

The client breaches these terms
Payment is not received
Mutual agreement is reached
Any outstanding fees will become immediately due.
